Be a vendor at the 2023 Deercreek Dam Days Festival!

Deercreek Dam Days is an excellent opportunity to sell your foods and retail products! (see application for more details)

​1. Download the Vendor Rules and Application. Be sure to READ ALL THE RULES, then PRINT AND SIGN APPLICATION AND RULES and mail them to:

1. Before sending in your application, Make contact with  Sara Ward, at 740-248-1041 to ensure the items you wish to sell are not already being represented by another vendor. We will not be mailing out Rules or Applications so be sure to download and print them using the links on this page. 

• To maximize sales for all our vendors, Deercreek Dam Days limits the number of vendors per product.

• Deercreek Dam Days will make every effort not to allow duplicate food items between vendors. But duplications may still occur.

• Direct sales vendors such as Scentsy or Lia Sophia, are limited to one rep per event, with preference given to the first representative to return a complete agreement form & payment. 

• We will only accept a select number of direct sale vendors.

• Spaces are first come, first serve, with payment received.  

 

2. Your application will be processed and reviewed by the Vendor Director.

• An invoice for payment can be sent to you via your choice of standard post or e-mail from PayPal. Be sure to indicate which you prefer on your application!

• A minimum 50% deposit will be required to finalize your application. 

• No vendor space is fully reserved until deposit has been received. 

• Payments can be made with a credit card via PayPal or by mailing a check to the address provided in your invoice.

3. Vendors will be sent a copy of their approved and signed Contract.
